What You'll Do

  • Lead, manage, and oversee electrical service, installation, and repair projects from planning through successful completion
  • Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes, OSHA standards, and safety regulations
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, mentoring, and training for electricians and apprentices
  • Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness, accuracy, and cost control
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of skilled electrical team members
  • Track performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability


What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems
