Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant electrical engineering design experience
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• Experience designing pump stations, pipelines, and water/wastewater treatment facilities
• Familiarity with electrical/instrumentation and controls for pump stations and treatment plants
• Experience using AutoCAD
• Strong technical writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing water transmission and distribution systems and treatment systems
• Manage project tasks, design, permitting, and construction coordination
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on project completion
• Maintain high-quality sets of plans and check work of others
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules
• Perform a variety of engineering tasks with formal training and mentorship
• Contribute to client interactions and project financials
