Job DescriptionJob Overview:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for our products/projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems, components, and products
- Create detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Perform circuit analysis and calculations • Develop and conduct testing procedures for electrical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement solutions
- Write technical documentation and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
- Support product development from concept through production
- Evaluate and select electrical components and suppliers
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering
- Proficiency in circuit design and analysis
- Experience with PCB design and layout
- Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations
- Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent project management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with power electronics and control systems
- Knowledge of embedded systems
- Familiarity with programming languages (C, C++, Python)
- Experience with signal processing and communications
- PE license or ability to obtain within specified timeframe
Technical Skills: - Circuit design software (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad)
- Simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB)
- Test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators)
- Microsoft Office Suite
