Electrical Engineer
Full-time/Hybrid
Location: Orlando, FL

Job Description
This Electrical Engineer role supports projects of all sizes and types, with the opportunity to work independently on smaller projects while receiving guidance and mentorship from experienced engineers on more complex assignments.
The successful candidate will grow their experience from concept through completion of construction, with the benefit of in-house coordination across multiple engineering disciplines. A defined career path and training are provided at all levels to support long-term professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support electrical engineering projects of varying size and complexity, from concept through construction completion.
  • Work independently on smaller projects while collaborating with senior engineers on more complex assignments.
  • Coordinate with other in-house engineering disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Use Revit to develop and produce electrical design documentation.
  • Communicate technical information clearly with team members and project stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to support career growth within the firm.

Required Experience/Skills
  • Accredited bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering.
  • Practical Revit experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an architectural engineering consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated success in project design, time management, and technical/formal communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • PE license, or EI certification with active preparation underway for the PE exam.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering required.
