Full Job Description
Experienced Electrical Engineer with our EPC Group.

Responsibilities include:
  • Designing low- and medium-voltage power systems,
  • Designing lighting and associated control systems
  • Designing fire alarm and mass notification systems
  • Preparing plans and specifications for bidding and construction
  • Performing periodic construction site visits
  • Mentoring less experienced staff
  • Assisting with business development activities
  • Some travel is required.


The successful candidate must possess all of the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or architectural engineering with an electrical emphasis from an accredited college or university.
  • At least four years of relevant experience
  • PE license in any state with the ability to obtain in other states


The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
  • Experience with electrical design of buildings including low- and medium-voltage power distribution, lighting and controls, fire alarm and mass notification systems.
  • Experience with 3D building modeling (Revit preferred); experience with lighting design software (AGI32 preferred), power design software (SKM Power Tools and/or EasyPower preferred).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Ability to prepare construction documents.
  • Experience coordinating engineering documentation.
  • Knowledge of codes, statutes, and laws related to building design and construction.
