Full Job Description
We are seeking a Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and deploy hardware that powers intelligent robotic UAS systems operating in real-world environments. In this role, you will work at the intersection of software, hardware, and autonomy-building robust, high-performance systems that integrate perception, planning, control, and communication.

You will collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and firmware engineers to take robotics software from simulation to fielded deployment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems, circuits, and components
  • Create schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Perform simulations, testing, troubleshooting, and validation of designs
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams
  • Support prototype builds, production launches, and field issues
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
  • Manage project tasks, timelines, and technical risks as needed


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong work ethic and ability to function with limited guidance
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary engineering team


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with autonomous systems (UAVs, UGVs, mobile robots, or manipulators)
  • Experience with Altium designer
  • Experience with field testing, data logging, and performance analysis
