Full Job Description
Electrical Engineer will be responsible for supporting the design, fabrication, installation, and commissioning of fire detection and alarm, mass notification, fire suppression, and other life safety systems. This is a great opportunity in the McLean, VA area, as well as positions in Atlanta, GA and Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer:
  • Lead in-house testing (PITCO) and onsite commissioning of fire alarm and life safety systems.
  • Perform system programming, troubleshooting, and technical support.
  • Assist in system design, including shop drawings, calculations, and code-compliant deliverables.
  • Conduct site surveys, produce reports, and develop takeoffs and bill of materials.
  • Support project execution, scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Provide training, maintain project records and as-builts, and support project closeout activities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Fire Protection, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) with 2+ years of experience.
  • Willing to obtain NICET II certification in fire detection and alarm systems. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Compensation for the Electrical Engineer:
  • Salary Range: $96,000 - $120,000 *Depending on Experience*
