developing and facilitating engaging technical training programs focused on GPC standards, distribution system design (including load flow, voltage drop, and network optimization), and regulatory compliance, while also mentoring and coaching engineers to strengthen technical capability and performance. The ideal candidate will combine real-world experience in designing and managing electrical distribution systems with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into practical, easy-to-understand training content. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining curriculum and materials, leading interactive training sessions, reinforcing safety and quality standards, supporting project and documentation best practices, and continuously improving training effectiveness based on feedback and evolving organizational needs.
