The ideal candidate will combine real-world experience in designing and managing electrical distribution systems with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into practical, easy-to-understand training content. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining curriculum and materials, leading interactive training sessions, reinforcing safety and quality standards, supporting project and documentation best practices, and continuously improving training effectiveness based on feedback and evolving organizational needs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a skilled, consistent, and high-performing engineering workforce is aligned with company standards and industry requirements.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
- 5-10 years of distribution engineering experience
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching engineers
- Strong knowledge of distribution systems, design standards, and compliance
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
