What's in it for you:As the Electrical Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of designers. What you will do:- Have responsibility to lead and coach a team of employees.
- Manage weekly timecard approvals for the team using Kronos.
- Drive team performance and growth through consistent coaching, monthly one-on-one meetings, and the creation of development opportunities.
- Ensure project success by keeping the team focused on goals, timelines, and adherence to standard work procedures. Cultivate a positive and proactive team culture by fostering a growth mindset.
- Complete year end evaluations
- Provide targeted coaching and create action plans to help individuals realign with performance expectations.
- Conduct performance-related conversations with professionalism, deliver constructive feedback to address challenges and encourage growth.
- Play a key role in decisions related to team objectives, promotions, and compensation.
