Full Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this role, you'll play a hands-on part in bringing electrical designs to life-from early concept through production. You'll work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional partners to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and well-supported on the shop floor.
  • Support the full electrical design lifecycle, from project kickoff through production, including electrical drawing packages and electrical bills of materials (EBOMs).
  • Identify, track, and help resolve issues uncovered during design reviews to keep projects moving forward.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, resolve design challenges, and ensure alignment throughout the project.
  • Serve as a technical resource for Production, providing clear guidance and support during build and test activities.


YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical design, project engineering, or manufacturing support roles preferred.
  • Working knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and power system design principles.
  • Experience creating and managing bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferred).
