Full Job Description
Take the lead on some of North America's most complex industrial construction projects as a senior electrical leader with an employee-owned general contractor. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead large teams, drive electrical execution, and work on major projects spanning data centres, wastewater treatment, nuclear, and other technically demanding environments.

About the Opportunity
  • Senior field-leadership role focused onelectrical executionacross large, complex industrial projects.
  • Project types include:data centres,wastewater treatment plants, andnuclearprojects (among other heavy industrial work).
  • You'll be client-facing from early project conversations through closeout/turnover, while leading and developing a sizable team (often10-14 direct reportsacross project/field leadership).
  • Must be based in / relocate toChandler (Phoenix area), AZ(not remote; not based out of other offices).
About the Position
  • Lead field execution for one major project or multiple concurrent projects, owning outcomes acrosssafety, schedule, budget, quality, productivity, and profitabilityfor electrical scopes (self-perform + subcontractors).
  • Drive electrical planning, constructability, sequencing, energization strategy, and turnover/commissioning readiness.
  • Act as the senior point of accountability for electrical scope delivery in coordination with civil/structural/mechanical/I&C/commissioning teams.
  • Run strong client-facing communication and present professionally to senior leadership/C-suite stakeholders.
  • Support pursuits/preconstruction as needed (execution plans, manpower curves, client presentations).

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, stay calm under pressure, and lead teams through fast-moving site conditions.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $180,000-$220,000 base salary per annum, commensurate with experience
