PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The role provides Environmental, Health, and Safety support for multiple assigned locations, including farm, laboratory, manufacturing, seed production, and remote operations.
The position is responsible for helping ensure that Environmental, Health, and Safety programs are implemented and maintained in compliance with applicable local, state/provincial, federal, and internal corporate requirements. The role supports consistency in EHS program execution across assigned locations and drives continuous improvement in EHS performance, regulatory compliance, risk reduction, and audit readiness.
The Regional EHS Generalist partners with site leadership, employees, and regional EHS stakeholders to support operational accountability for EHS, strengthen incident prevention efforts, and ensure effective implementation of the North America EHS management system.
The role reports to the Regional EHS Manager and must be able to support leaders and employees across multiple locations through strong collaboration, technical expertise, and influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities:
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
