Job Description

What to expect:
  • Responsible for administrating EH&S Management systems at assigned facilities.
  • Conducts EH&S Compliance Audits at Hologic sites; identifies and corrects potential hazards; ensures ongoing compliance with local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Administrates workplace safety incident management, including workers compensation administration, and facilitating the corrective/preventative action process.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of EH&S programs, policies & procedures.
  • Acts as a business partner to employees and managers on all safety related issues; promotes safety first culture.
  • Monitors/supervises hazardous waste management at assigned facilities.
  • Provides emergency response support and action planning at assigned facilities.
  • Develops EH&S training programs and provides training to employees as required.
  • Maintains and monitors EH&S records, equipment and the compliance calendar for assigned facilities, including permit submissions.
  • Provides key performance indicator reporting to Corporate EH&S.

  • Regular travel between two Marlborough, MA facilities (Campus & Simarano) will be required.

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Environmental Health and Safety related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in the EH&S discipline

The annualized base salary range for this role is $63,000 to $98,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand..
