Full Job Description
This role is responsible for leading all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities at the Huntingdon Valley manufacturing site. The EHS Leader will own safety and environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive a strong safety culture across the plant. This is a highly visible, hands-on role that works closely with operations and site leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the site lead for all EHS programs, policies, and compliance activities
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations (waste, hazardous materials, air/water permits)
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and job safety analyses; drive corrective actions
  • Investigate incidents and near misses; lead root cause analysis and follow-up actions
  • Develop and deliver safety training, including new hire onboarding; maintain training records
  • Track safety metrics and provide updates to site leadership
  • Lead emergency preparedness efforts, including response plans and drills
  • Act as the primary contact for EHS-related audits and regulatory interactions
  • Partner with operations to improve safety performance and ensure safe work practices
  • Promote employee engagement and accountability in safety programs

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
