Full Job Description
The Facilities & EHS Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of facility maintenance, environmental health and safety, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and sustainable work environment while supporting manufacturing operations and driving continuous improvement.

**This role will be on-site at the Warwick, RI facility 5 days/week**

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain facility maintenance programs, procedures, and documentation. Lead facility budgets, capital projects, repairs, preventive maintenance, and contractor activities, manage maintenance staff, including workload planning, performance management, and training.
  • Oversee all EHS programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and federal/state/local regulations. Administer EHS training, permits, vendor contracts, and regulatory reporting (including OSHA recordables).
  • Drive ESG initiatives, sustainability projects, and continuous improvement across facilities and EHS functions.
  • Conduct safety inspections, investigate incidents, complete RCCMs, implement corrective actions, develop and maintain emergency response plans and provide 24/7 support for critical facility issues.
  • Ensure proper disposal of materials/equipment and maintain cleanliness of buildings, vehicles, and grounds.
  • Prepare required reports, records, and analyses while monitoring departmental productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners such as contractors, regulatory agencies, and engineers.

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, facilities management, environmental, safety, or a related industrial field.
  • Experience leading safety and/or environmental management systems.
  • Strong technical ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machinery, including CNC equipment.
  • Solid knowledge of OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and public-speaking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, make sound decisions, and delegate.
  • Demonstrated safety awareness with the ability to identify and correct hazards.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work successfullyin large manufacturing environments.


Our Warwick, RI facility is an ITAR-controlled site. All candidates must be a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15.
