Full Job Description
The EHS Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations within the organization. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining EHS programs, policies, and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

You will make an impact by:
  • Lead site EHS Committee, activities, and projects to enable a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement EHS programs and best practices to ensure compliance with external and internal requirements as well as supporting inspections/audits.
  • Drive compliance of OSHA 1910 mandated PPE, HAZCOM, fall protection, lockout-tagout, etc. programs.
  • Create training plans and curriculum that align with the department and individual business objectives.
  • Maintain updated internal and external EHS relevant systems requiring timely and accurate data entry, i.e., incident reporting system, safety data sheet application, etc.
  • Triage work-related injuries and illnesses and provide first aid treatment within OSHA guidelines.
  • Deliver First Aid/CPR/AED and Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) training for the onsite first responder team.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, Will accept work experience in place of degree
  • 1-5 years experience in EHS coordinator role or similar position, preferably in manufacturing
  • Certified First Aid, CPR, AED, and Blood Bourne Pathogen Trainer
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 and OSHA, EPA, and local regulations and reporting
  • Proficient computer skills including Outlook and MS Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a unionized facility
  • EMS background (EMT-B or EMT-P experience)
  • Experience providing first aid and emergency response in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Familiarity with OSHA first aid requirements and workplace injury triage

The pay range for this position is $60,333 - $126,317 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
