Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced EH&S Manager to lead and continuously improve our environmental, health, and safety programs at a key manufacturing site. This role is critical to ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting our people and the environment, and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability across all operations.

What will you be doing?
  • EH&S Leadership: Develop, implement, and manage site-wide EH&S strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with global standards and local regulations.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with environmental permits, health and safety legislation, and internal standards. Conduct risk assessments and lead mitigation initiatives.
  • Incident Management: Lead investigations into EH&S incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Training & Engagement: Deliver EH&S training programs and promote employee engagement through safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Auditing & Reporting: Conduct internal audits, prepare regulatory reports, and maintain accurate records of EH&S performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with production, maintenance, engineering, and corporate EH&S teams to ensure alignment and support for site initiatives.
