Job Description:

As the HSE Cluster Lead, you will take on a critical leadership role in safeguarding our Associates and operations across a multi-state manufacturing network. In this highly visible position, you will move beyond standard compliance to serve as the strategic architect of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) vision for the region. Acting as a trusted advisor to Site Directors and regional leadership, you will co-create, deploy, and govern comprehensive safety strategies that drive continuous improvement. By championing a proactive safety culture, you will directly impact our operational excellence, minimize environmental risks, and ensure our facilities consistently uphold the highest standards of safety and sustainability.

What are we looking for?
  • 10+ years of progressive HSE experience, including leading safety at a medium-to-large manufacturing plant or across a multi-site network.
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Technology, Safety Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related scientific field.
  • A proven track record of influencing cross-functional leadership and driving change management initiatives without direct authority.
  • Strong technical expertise in regulatory compliance, safety management systems, and risk mitigation.


What would be your key responsibilities?
  • Co-create and execute the Regional HSE strategy tailored to our manufacturing cluster's specific operational needs.
  • Partner with Site Directors and cluster leaders to deeply integrate HSE objectives into broader supply and production strategies.
  • Oversee the implementation of Mars management systems, standards, and solutions to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Act as the primary technical expert for critical incident management, risk assessments, and complex problem-solving.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.

The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 119,040.00 - USD 163,680.00
