What You’ll Contribute

  • Engage Stakeholders: Build trusted senior advisory partnerships with Sales & Marketing leaders, SMEs, HR partners, and Partner ecosystem stakeholders, serving as a senior advisor on learning strategies tied to transformation priorities.

  • Achieve Alignment: Anchor learning strategies to Sales & Marketing priorities, transformation initiatives, operating rhythms, and performance goals.

  • Drive Desired Outcomes: Lead the Sales & Marketing education consulting team and solution portfolio, balancing strategic priorities, stakeholder demand, team capacity, timing, and measurable business value to deliver solutions within the opportunity window required to influence business outcomes.

  • Manage Change: Identify moments that matter in Sales & Marketing workflows and maximize sources of influence — including leaders, managers, SMEs, communications, sales plays, launch moments, and reinforcement mechanisms — to improve adoption and maximize the value of education investments.

  • Measure Improvement: Define ROI, KPIs, productivity measures, and learning impact indicators by connecting education investments to Sales & Marketing performance outcomes.

What We’re Seeking

  • Extensive experience in learning, enablement, or education consulting roles with significant exposure to Sales & Marketing organizations.

  • Experience leading a portfolio of education, enablement, or consulting initiatives, including prioritization, sequencing, resource planning, and stakeholder governance.

  • Demonstrated success in executive level relationship building, including the ability to influence and advise senior leaders on learning and change strategies.

  • Strong consulting skills: active listening, needs analysis, facilitation, and solution recommendation.

  • Proven ability to lead, collaborate with, and influence cross-functional teams, including coaching Learning Consultants and business partners.

  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and storytelling skills, especially in framing the value and impact of learning in concise, executive-level terms.

  • Deep understanding of Sales & Marketing dynamics, motions, and metrics, including sales readiness, pipeline generation, campaign execution, product launches, partner enablement, and adoption.

  • Fluency in learning measurement, Sales & Marketing business KPIs, ROI analysis, and productivity indicators, with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights.

  • Experience applying change management principles to improve adoption of new strategies, tools, processes, or operating models.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in dynamic, fast-changing environments while maintaining a calm, focused, and psychologically safe team environment.

  • Extraordinary curiosity, and a deep passion for learning, talent development, and helping organizations navigate change and improve performance through education and ongoing enablement.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to navigate complexity and ambiguity and turn them into clear, actionable plans.

  • Experience designing or overseeing partner facing education programs, especially train‑the‑trainer models, is highly preferred.

Our Offer to You

  • An inclusive culture strongly reflecting our core values:  Act Like an Owner, Delight Our Customers and Earn the Respect of Others.
