Full Job Description
Overview

PTC is seeking a Senior Education Program Lead to lead and scale strategic education initiatives, with an initial focus on Creo student certifications and the potential to expand into broader Digital Thread and Onshape education offerings. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director of PTC Education and is responsible for program execution, cross-functional coordination, and operational rigor in support of established education strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Creo education initiatives, with a primary initial focus on student certification programs, in alignment with defined goals and priorities


  • Manage day-to-day program operations, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables


  • Lead end-to-end program execution and continuously optimize programs using data and feedback


  • Track and report on certification performance metrics, including signups, attempts, and pass rates


  • Coordinate closely with marketing teams to support campaign execution, tracking, and optimization


  • Engage with faculty, academic staff, and career centers to promote Creo certification offerings


  • Influence cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sales, Product, Enablement, and eCommerce to align on education priorities


  • Build relationships with university faculty, administrators, and external partners


  • Represent PTC Education at academic and industry events


Skills and Knowledge

  • Advanced program leadership and cross-functional influence skills


  • Strong data fluency with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions


  • Proficient in Excel, PowerBi, Salesforce


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations


Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in program management, education, or related roles


  • Experience executing large-scale or global programs with measurable outcomes


  • Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous, evolving environments


  • Experience working with higher education institutions or certification programs preferred


  • Familiarity with engineering education landscape a plus
