#1 Role: IT Engineer (CRM Engineer)

Skills: PowerApps, Dynamics, CRM, Canvas, C#, sharepoint

Description:
To research, evaluate, design, and develop a CRM system through MS Dynamics implementation, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To provide technical guidance and engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develop and maintain expert functional knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends.
Core Competencies:
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM solutions and strategies, including development.
  • Strong understanding of the range of and experience with built-in capabilities and options available in Microsoft Dynamics and the ability to make recommendations on how to best leverage those capabilities and options when formulating CRM solutions
  • Experience in developing case management through CRM solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
  • Understanding of Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
  • Knowledge of application integration with Power Apps is a plus
  • Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus

Job Description:
  • Provide technical input regarding feasibility or design for business needs expressed in user stories
  • Investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to determine whether they provide the necessary data to support an initiative and identify any modifications that may be necessary
  • Define format and mapping of data for interfaces between systems
  • Define and document the system requirements of a solution, including the allocation of functionality across the presentation layer and backend services
  • ssist the business in determining if and how new systems or system enhancements may improve process flow and business function
  • Provide analytical support for the prioritization of features and epics to ensure work focuses on capabilities with maximum value and are aligned with product delivery strategy

#2 Role: Business Analyst

Description:
• Min 2 years overall MS Dynamics 365/CRM experience. • 2+ years' experience working with Power Platform components, especially Power Apps, Power Automate and the Dataverse • Maintains Microsoft certifications with Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform • Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, customizing and administering MS Dynamics 365/CRM based on business and enterprise technology needs • Power Platform: Understanding/experience with MS Dataverse, development of Power Apps (modeldriven & canvas) and Power Automate. • Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Pipelines) is an asset • Ability to define and document the system requirements of a soluƟon, including the allocation of functionality across the presentation layer and backend services • Working with all phases of the SDLC process and various Agile Methodologies.

#3. Role: Scrum Master
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master
• Certification in SAFe Scrum Master and/or CSM
• Significant experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Release Train Engineer, or Development/Delivery Lead
• Experience working with Azure DevOps.
• Min 1 years overall MS Dynamics 365/CRM experience.
• Experience leading and coaching successful product delivery teams

#4 IT Tester (Functional Tester - CRM)

Description:

  • To perform integration, regression, and functional testing on systems to ensure compliance with system requirements and Client's business practices and policies. Assists in the analysis of functional and technical requirements and the creation and editing of test cases for new or modified systems.
  • For testing it will require Services testing experience using Postman, Azure DevOps experience and automated testing experience creating and utilizing Perfecto automation tools.
  • If they have experience is testing MS Dynamics, that would be very helpful, as that will be the platform they will be testing.
