This role carries dedicated brand and product strategy and website UX/UI ownership for American Tin Ceilings and Reggio Registers, while contributing to eStore health and optimization across all five brands.

The ideal candidate brings equal comfort with high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution - someone who can define a merchandising roadmap in the morning and execute a pricing update in the afternoon. You'll work closely with a merchandising coordinator who supports catalog and data management, and collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, performance marketing, product team, operations, and technology teams to drive conversion and site performance.

  • Location: 100% Remote. (Required to work from any location within the USA.)
  • Reports to: Senior Director, Merchandising & Growth Strategy
  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (experience & interview performance will determine actual number within the range).
  • Employment Type: Full-time. Exempt.

What You'll Do:

Brand Strategy & Site UX/UI - ATC & Reggio Registers (Dedicated Ownership)

  • Own the eCommerce brand strategy for American Tin Ceilings and Reggio Registers, including brand positioning, category definition, and competitive whitespace analysis
  • Lead Shopify strategy and optimization for ATC and RR - pricing architecture, margin tracking, promotional framework, and site performance
  • Drive site UX/UI improvements, identifying friction points in the customer journey and partnering with design and development to execute enhancements and A/B test requirements
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence, monitoring category trends and identifying opportunities to strengthen brand positioning
  • Partner with the marketing team on content and imagery needs for best in class brand experience

eStore Health & Optimization - All Brands

  • Serve as the site update point person for execution across all brands, ensuring listings, imagery, pricing, and content meet merchandising and brand standards - partner with ecommerce coordinator
  • Partner with manager to monitor core vital metrics across all brand storefronts, flagging performance issues and driving resolution
  • Maintain product listings with accurate specifications, descriptions, and current imagery
  • Partner with the merchandising coordinator on catalog data management, including product setup, attribute maintenance, and content QA
  • Own newness launches and site optimization initiatives, in partnership with the ecommerce coordinator

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Coordination

  • Serve as the merchandising team's liaison to SEO/content, performance marketing, operations/inventory, sales, and design teams as it relates to core projects and brands
  • Translate business priorities into actionable site merchandising plans and communicate timelines and dependencies across partners
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to increase throughput and improve process consistency across brands

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain documents and tools to ensure cross functional resources are up to date

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of eCommerce merchandising experience with direct ownership of brand-owned DTC websites (Shopify strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in both strategic and tactical modes - you're as comfortable building a category roadmap as you are executing a product upload
  • Experience managing multi-brand or multi-category eCommerce environments

  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting; ability to turn metrics into decisions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset - you catch errors before they go live
