Job DescriptionAt P&G, eCommerce is one of our most exciting growth engines. Our Baby Care organization is looking for an
eCommerce Manager to join our Toronto organization immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone with digital commerce experience, or a strong passion to build expertise in a fast-paced, agile environment where you can make an impact from day one.
In this role, you will help shape how our brands show up and win across leading eRetail platforms. You'll play a key role in launching new products on the digital platform with excellence, elevating digital content, supporting major e-merchandising moments, and improving eRetail search performance. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by collaboration, takes pride in strong execution, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead product launches by ensuring new items are supported with strong ratings and reviews, including coordinating with agency partners on product samples
- Manage the eContent process with regional business units and internal partners to ensure Canadian content is delivered accurately and executed with retailers on time.
- Partner with brand, communications, media planning, and performance marketing teams to integrate retailer influencer and branded content into paid media strategies that drive measurable eCommerce outcomes.
- Set, track, and deliver share-of-voice search targets for Baby Care across our top three retailer platforms
- Leverage insights and trends from search to optimize e-content relevancy

Qualifications - A Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Ideally 1-2+ years of relevant Digital Commerce experience in CPG, an eCommerce retail platform, or an agency environment.
- Strong organization, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems, and turn
- ideas into action.
- Ability to seamlessly manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders and projects
