The Global Ecommerce Operations team mandate is to drive ecommerce and content operations excellence, enabling seamless site experiences through strong execution, governance, and scalable site management. Partnering closely with cross-functional and regional teams, the team delivers consistent, high-quality content and merchandising experiences aligned to global standards and regional needs. Through clear ownership and continuous improvement, the team streamlines processes and enables efficient, high-performing ecommerce experiences at scale.

core responsibilities
  • Own the day-to-day execution, maintenance, and optimisation of global ecommerce content using content management tools
  • Build and deploy campaign content experiences, coordinating assets, workflows, and timelines with global product publishing, SEO, digital product, and regional teams
  • Build and maintain global site navigation menus in partnership with Global Product Discovery and regional teams, ensuring updates are executed and deployed successfully
  • Implement website updates using platform capabilities and thirdparty tools, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with merchandising and content standards
  • Support regional teams with ongoing campaign page updates, best practices, and back-end content support
  • Monitor, report on, and analyse campaign and category content performance across regions, identifying optimisation opportunities against KPIs
  • Support new feature rollouts and migrations by providing back-end execution, collecting regional feedback, and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Build, maintain, and enable regional teams on content operations excellence through playbooks, best practice guidelines, and the central ecommerce content calendar, supporting consistent campaign and content execution as processes and functionality evolve.
qualifications
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and supporting technical systems, with hands-on CMS experience; SFCC and Contentful experience seen as an asset (including campaign setup, publishing, and localisation)
  • Proven experience working within a global ecommerce organisation, ideally supporting merchandising or content operations
  • Experience supporting system or platform changes, with a demonstrated ability to adopt and navigate new tools, systems, and processes
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong appreciation for process, quality checks, and governance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and across regions, managing differing regional requirements and timelines
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability, with solid teamwork, project coordination, and execution skills

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$71,400 - $93,800 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
