KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Regional Facilities Leadership

  • Lead and oversee facilities operations across all offices within the assigned region
  • Serve as the senior regional escalation point for HVAC failures, life-safety issues, andhigh-impact facilities incidents
  • Ensure consistent execution of preventative maintenance programs and facilities operating standards
  • Partner with Global and Corporate Real Estate teams to implement enterprise initiatives at the regional level


Operational Excellence & Best Practices

  • Evaluate operational effectiveness of facilities management across the region and identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement approved standards, policies, and procedures related to building operations, safety, and workplace infrastructure
  • Promote consistency in facilities execution while accounting for market-specific nuances
  • Drive continuous improvement in response times, service quality, and operational resilience


People Leadership & Resource Management

  • Directly manage and provide functional leadership to Office Managers / Receptionists on facilities-related matters
  • Ensure clear role definition and accountability
  • Allocate regional resources effectively to support business priorities and project demands
  • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of regional facilities talent


Vendor, Contract & Cost Management

  • Oversee regional vendor relationships, service models, and performance expectations
  • Ensure proper management of SLAs, COIs, and compliance requirements
  • Review, approve, and monitor major repairs, service contracts, and facilities expenditures
  • Partner with Real Estate leadership on cost forecasting, budgeting, and vendor strategy


Risk, Safety & Business Continuity

  • Maintain regional oversight of critical building systems, emergency preparedness, and life-safety compliance
  • Ensure facilities readiness for emergencies, severe weather events, and business continuity scenarios
  • Partner with Workplace, Security, and IT teams on access control, infrastructure coordination, and incident response
  • Escalate systemic risks and trends to senior leadership with clear recommendations


Projects, Growth & Strategic Support

  • Support office expansions, consolidations, relocations, and renovations within the region
  • Provide facilities leadership during acquisitions, integrations, and new office launches
  • Ensure facilities readiness aligns with growth timelines and client experience expectations
  • Contribute regional insights to enterprise real estate and workplace planning


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor27s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or related field
  • 82D12+ years of progressive experience in facilities management or corporate real estate
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site, multi-market facilities operations
  • Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, building operations, and compliance requirements
  • Proven people-management experience with geographically dispersed teams
  • Financial acumen to evaluate cost/benefit, manage budgets, and support business cases
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills in a client-focused environment

Pay Information

This position isexemptand is paid according to the laws of the State ofGeorgia or New York, depending on final position location. The pay range for this position is$140,000-$150,000 USD per year.We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.

Physical Requirements

  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.

  • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
