Your Impact- Support the structural design and analysis of building projects using engineering principles and industry standards.
- Assist in developing structural models, calculations, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Contribute to steel, concrete, and other structural system designs for a variety of building projects.
- Participate in contract administration activities and help monitor construction progress and compliance.
- Perform field reviews and site visits to observe construction and support project delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and specialists across multiple disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Attend client meetings and contribute to discussions that support project objectives and successful outcomes.
- Grow your technical expertise through mentorship, professional development, and exposure to diverse building projects.
The Skills That Set You Apart- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering.
- Registered as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or eligible for registration in Alberta.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
- Exposure to structural design and analysis through internships, co-op placements, academic projects, or professional experience.
- Knowledge of steel and/or reinforced concrete design principles.
- Experience using structural analysis and modeling software such as SAP2000 or similar programs is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for technical reporting, documentation, and project coordination.
- Interest in technical engineering work, field investigations, and collaborative project delivery.
CompensationAB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $73,400 - $97,200
MB & ON: $67,000 - $92,200
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $66,300 - $88,000
