Nurtury is seeking a dynamic
Program Director to lead Nurtury's central Early Learning Center, overseeing one of the agency's largest and most complex programs with 10+ classrooms and a licensed capacity of 132 children.
What You'll Do:- Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff
- Maintain compliance, quality standards, and smooth operations
- Support curriculum planning and program improvement
- Oversee enrollment, schedules, budgets, and center needs
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the community

You:- Are EEC Director II certified (required)
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in EEC or related field
- Are experienced with 3-5+ years in early childhood program leadership
- Are strong in leadership, communication, coaching, operations, and team building
- Knowledgeable about EEC licensing, accreditation standards, and best practices

- $5000 sign-on bonus
