Position Overview- Provide comprehensive speech-language services to children ages birth-5, supporting communication, language development, and participation across early childhood educational settings.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies based on each child's communication needs, developmental level, and educational goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication development and promote positive outcomes for children.
- Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress, and communicate recommendations and child needs with the appropriate educational team.
Qualifications- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (Highly Preferred)
- Fingerprint clearance required, including two sets of fingerprints for applicable K-12 school clearance requirements
