About the RoleWe're looking for a talented product engineer to join us in building our shared technology platform. This is a broad role encompassing full stack development, as well as developing AI agents for workflow automation.

About you- You love to build, and are excited to work in a scrappy, ambiguous environment
- You take ownership of your work and are eager to grow into driving projects from conception to production
- You have empathy to work with operational teams and understand their needs
- You have experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, TypeScript, Next.js, etc.), through coursework, internships, or professional experience
- You have 0-2 years of engineering experience
Compensation & BenefitsFor this role, the salary range is $150,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and seniority.
