15+ years of experience in telecom OSS/BSS environments with strong expertise in end-to-end functional architecture across provisioning, ordering, and service assurance
Deep functional knowledge of Ericsson Telcordia suite (SWITCH, TIRKS, FACS, WFA, SOAC) and associated service fulfillment workflows
Proven ability to define end-to-end functional architecture for modernization initiatives across legacy mainframe (z/OS) and midrange (Linux/Solaris) platforms
Strong experience mapping current-state (AS-IS) Telcordia processes and defining future-state (TO-BE) architectures aligned to cloud-native and digital transformation goals
Expertise in telecom business process transformation covering order management, provisioning, activation, dispatch, and service assurance domains
Ability to analyze and rationalize complex OSS integrations, interfaces, and data flows across multi-system Telcordia environments
Experience defining capability models, functional requirements, and gap assessments to support phased modernization and migration strategies
