Responsibilities:
- Process 3–5 mobile devices weekly and create RSMF files for ingesting text messages into Relativity.
- Capture and prepare 3–5 web and/or video sources weekly for evidentiary review.
- Handle proprietary databases, reports, and non‑standard file types, providing technical solutions for unique data challenges.
- Support the migration of 1 PD of data from Relativity Server to RelOne, a primary initiative in the first 6–8 months.
- Identify patterns and insights in large datasets using visualization tools, advanced analytical methods, and AI technologies.
- Participate in projects involving field capture, transcription, language processing, and similar specialized data workflows.
- Contribute to FRD’s Analytics and AI Lab by developing solutions within both on‑premises and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with OIT to design, build, and deploy technical solutions supporting litigation and investigative teams.
- Apply modern ETL techniques and solutions engineering to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of hands‑on experience working directly with the systems and tools described.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into sound technical designs.
- Strong technical background with expertise in Oracle, SQL, Python scripting, and specialized data formats including mobile device, social media, forensic image, and audio/video data.
- Broad knowledge of government IT environments, including office automation networks and PC/server‑based applications.
- Supervisory or team lead experience is highly beneficial.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with automated litigation support systems is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, ideally in computer science, information management, or related disciplines.
- Must be able to obtain a DOJ MBI (U.S. citizenship required).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$103,800 - $218,100
