Responsibilities:- Consult with case teams to develop and apply technical strategies, requirements, and goals across data collection, processing, review, production, and trial.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the discovery lifecycle, providing expert guidance on technology, workflows, and best practices.
- Advise legal teams on technology options for early case assessment, document search, and efficient, cost-effective review approaches.
- Participate in legal proceedings-such as Rule 26(f) conferences-prepare affidavits, and testify on the defensibility of the government's eDiscovery processes.
- Oversee the creation of statistical reports summarizing collection, filtering, processing, review, and production metrics.
- Delegate workflow tasks including data management, search construction, processing, production, and quality control.
- Coordinate efforts across teams in response to discovery requests and provide regular status reports and metrics for all project phases.
Qualifications:Required:- Minimum 5 years' experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large matters.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed planning and organizational skills with thorough understanding of the EDRM-especially data collection, review, analytics, and production.
- Prior experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies such as Relativity Analytics and Assisted Review.
- Advanced experience planning technical discovery efforts, managing client expectations, and minimizing risk exposure.
- Proficiency in a wide range of eDiscovery tools and technologies and strong knowledge of industry best practices.
- Ability to ensure full compliance with secure document-handling directives.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment and effectively collaborate within complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidence operating autonomously.
Desired:- Undergraduate and graduate degrees strongly preferred; substantial relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
- Certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS).
- Experience working on Federal Government contracts is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$120,800 - $265,800
