An e-commerce company is looking for a candidate as a Sourcing Manager to lead their fantastic team of sourcing
associates, who focus on expanding their brands by identifying niches in the Amazon marketplace for new or improved products they can manufacture or white-label.

Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities within the Amazon marketplace.
- Manage sourcing team and their projects. Ensure projects move smoothly and are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage liaisons working with our overseas manufacturers and factories
- Conduct quality control for new product samples
- Analyze, streamline and improve sourcing processes and guidelines
- Establish departmental goals and objectives
- Work closely with our marketing and logistics teams to successfully launch new products.
Qualifications:- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Confident and driven
- Management experience required
- Experience in e-commerce required
- Experience with the Amazon marketplace is a plus
Salary: $80,000-$120,000/Year
