Dynatrace Lead
• 6+ years in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and Dynatrace administration/development
• Dynatrace Platform Administration
o Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace Managed or SaaS environments.
o Manage Dynatrace components (OneAgent, ActiveGate, Synthetic Monitors, etc.).
o Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the Dynatrace platform.
• Application Onboarding
o Collaborate with application teams to onboard new applications from scratch.
o Deploy and configure OneAgents across servers, containers, and cloud environments.
o Set up custom dashboards, alerts, and tagging strategies for new applications.
o Define and implement monitoring strategies for microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Development & Customization
o Develop custom Dynatrace extensions and integrations using APIs.
o Automate onboarding processes using scripts (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, etc.).
o Create custom metrics, synthetic tests, and business transaction monitoring.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization
o Analyze application performance data and provide actionable insights.
o Configure anomaly detection, alerting policies, and proactive monitoring.
o Work closely with DevOps and SRE teams to improve application reliability.
• Governance & Best Practices
o Define tagging standards, naming conventions, and monitoring policies.
o Maintain documentation for onboarding processes and platform configurations.
o Train and mentor junior team members on Dynatrace best practices.
Required Skills
• Technical Expertise
o Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace Managed/SaaS.
o Proficiency in onboarding applications from scratch in hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
o Knowledge of Dynatrace APIs, custom extensions, and automation scripting.
o Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Programming & Automation
o Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
o Ability to integrate Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines and ITSM tools.
• Soft Skills
o Excellent communication and collaboration s kills.
o Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Dynatrace Certified Professional.
• Experience in BFSI or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of other APM tools (AppDynamics, New Relic) for comparative insights.
Salary Range- $90,000-$115,000 a year
