Job Description
We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a
Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Lead to join the
Global Digital & CyberSecurityteam.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.
YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Lead the design and development of complex Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Architect and implement integrations with other systems.
- Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Mentor and train junior developers.
- Participate in project planning and management.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and high-performing.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
- Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Knowledge of Power Platform
- Hands-on with Azure services
- Certification in Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer associate and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant associate
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering complex CRM solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Required Knowledge and Skills:- Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of web technologies.
- Experience with complex integrations using APIs and data migration.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on with Azure services and cloud computing.
- Ability to gather and analyze complex requirements.
