You'll own full-cycle recruiting for veterinarian roles across our growing network, lead a team of clinical Talent Specialists, and partner directly with the regional leadership teams to keep our hospitals staffed with outstanding clinical leaders. This is a hybrid position, located in the Northeast.
What You'll Do- Own full-cycle recruiting for open veterinarian roles, from intake through offer
- Lead and coach the veterinarian TA team
- Healthcare, veterinary, or another regulated, multi-site environment experience required
- ATS and recruiting analytics/marketing tool experience (Appcast, Bloom, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
