About the Role
We're looking for a Criminal Defense Attorney to join our growing practice on-site in Rolling Meadows or Wheaton. This is a production-focused role, ideal for an attorney who wants to litigate, advocate, and deliver results without the pressure of business development. You'll handle a steady caseload, represent clients in court, and work closely with experienced colleagues.
Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities
• Handle misdemeanor and felony cases from start to finish.
• Conduct client consultations and develop strategic defense plans.
• Represent clients at hearings, motions, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Negotiate plea agreements and settlements.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure accurate documentation.
• Meet billable hour and KPI targets as defined by the firm.
Qualifications
• Active Illinois Bar License (required).
• 2+ years of experience in criminal law preferred.
• Candidates from other legal fields with strong skills will also be considered.
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication, research, and organization abilities.
• Ability to work on-site at either the Rolling Meadows or Wheaton office.
