Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 2-6 years of licensed experience. Specifically, we are interested in candidates for our St. Louis location to litigate in the asbestos practice area.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will have overall case management experience, including drafting critical motions, developing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and participating in court proceedings. Trial and appellate experience are also valued. Possessing excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills. This attorney can maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base and an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas.

The anticipated salary will range between $110,000 and $160,000, commensurate with the candidate's background and years of experience. Other income opportunities include the availability of discretionary profit-sharing contributions, typically made on an annual basis, and a merit-based discretionary bonus.
