Requirement: DSCA AM&E Combatant Command Coordinator (NORTHCOM)
Job Description: Forge requires a Combatant Command (CCMD) Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). Tasks include analysis, data collection and visualization, strategy development, policy writing and coordination, distribution list management, AM&E capacity building, event organizing and facilitation, and administrative backstopping to meet security cooperation AM&E requirements. The CCMD Coordinator will work closely with government personnel and contractor analysts across the security cooperation and community to develop and execute innovative security cooperation solutions that support mutual U.S. and partner interests, specifically in the NORTHCOM region.
Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):
- Understanding DoW programmatic responsibilities for reporting, accountability, and executive support
- Quickly research, analyze, and package results in response to short-fused requirements.
- Analyze and identify trends, emerging issues, or future requirements as part of an overarching program planning and implementation process.
- Assist in shaping and managing bilateral and multilateral cooperative objectives and provide expertise in developing and sustaining high-level engagements, both CONUS and OCONUS, to support the DoW and AM&E.
- Assist in developing strategic plans and policy in full coordination with DoW, the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and other strategic partners.
- Prepare written materials in advance, including reports, presentations, talking points, calendars, notes, itineraries, memoranda, query responses, and other required materials to a standard consistent with communicating at the Combatant Command level and higher.
- Apply advanced consulting skills to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Minimum Qualifications: - US Citizen
- Active SECRET Security Clearance
- Bachelor's 4(four) year degree from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience as a military officer or civilian in the security sector for a department, agency, or bureau of the U.S. government, including experience and knowledge of defense policy and operations
- 5+ years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies, designing tools for data collection such as survey instruments, data collection, and reporting tools, and analyzing this resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods
- 10+ years of executive-level management experience, leading multi-disciplined teams of analysts and other personnel
- Experience supporting DoW programs and strategic initiatives
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to follow security protocols to protect sensitive data
Highly Desired Qualifications: - Master's degree (or higher) and formal training or education in assessment, monitoring, and evaluations.
- Strong cross-cultural and multinational skills
- Regional professional experience and language skills
- 5+ years of experience and knowledge of public policy and operations
- 10+ years of experience developing assessment and evaluation strategies; designing tools for data collection, such as survey instruments, data collection, and reporting tools, and analyzing the resultant data using quantitative and qualitative methods
- 5+ years of experience producing written reports and developing platforms to present monitoring data, such as dashboards or other updateable graphic presentations of data, and conducting, analyzing, presenting, and incorporating program and activity evaluations
