Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Able to perform essential Project Engineer responsibilities andduties.

• Assistwith reviewing pursuit and project information to produce industry leading realistic renderings, graphics, animations, and other visuals to supportpursuits.

• Collaborate withpursuitsteam to develop best-in-class sitelogisticsplansandassistwithdeveloping content to support interviewsandpursuitas directed.

• Utilize tools and softwarefor site surveyingandlayoutwith supervision.

• Assistwith the setup of background models to ensure efficient project setup,utilizereal worldcoordinatesand project coordinates to support effective coordination, surveying, and layout.

• Setup cloud based collaborative workspaces.

• Supportwith setting upmodel sharing environmentsforvariousprojectcontract types and uses.

• Utilize reality capture techniques and technologiesto support project teamswithproducinguseful deliverablesto solvechallenges.

• Utilize existing conditionscapturetechnologydatato compare existing conditions to design intent,identifydiscrepancies,and work collaboratively with teams to resolve.

• Assistwith reality capture documentation and converting intoaccuratemodelof various trades.

• Assist with conductingVDC-relatedconstructability reviews andmanageresolution of design conflicts with design andtrade partners.

• Observe andassistwithVDC-related schedule activities.

• Assistwith setting up efficientmeetings andeducatingproject teamsto be able to runproject coordination meetings.

• Identify, assign, and resolve coordination clashes to support efficient coordination.

• Assistwith as-builts, facility operations, and maintenance requirements

• Support with export layout,spooling,or other fabrication files based on required or standard templates

• Develop modeling and detailing deliverables for at least one self-performdiscipline.

• Providefield support andassistwith trainingonimplementingVDC tools and processes.

• Assistwith training on proper VDC applications, based on deliverymethodand type ofconstruction.

• Support withreviewing, developing plans, and managing project requirementsanddeliverablesrelated to coordination and self-performtrades.

• Support projects for anyoperating group withinthecompany,as necessary.

• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

MinimumRequirements or Experience Requirements

• Bachelor9s degreeorDrywall field exp.

• Minimum of1-3years of design, engineering, or construction experience;or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Understanding of industry standard BIM software application (working knowledge a plus)

• Knowledge of Revit, a plus

• Working knowledge and understanding of commercial construction means andmethods.

• Ability to read and understand plans andspecifications.

• Effectively written and verbal communication

• Organizedindividualwith the ability to multi-task.

• Critical thinking ability,relationship driven,and effectiveproblem-solvingskills.
