Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Lead geotechnical investigations
- Prepare proposals, reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Meet with clients throughout design and construction
- Provide technical oversight and QA guidance
- Mentor, not manage, junior engineers and technical staff
- Support business development efforts
- Help grow the geotechnical practice
Candidate Must Have• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License
• 10-15+ years of Geotechnical Engineering experience
• Proposal writing experience
• Client-facing experience
• Strong technical communication skills
• Valid driver's license
This is a senior leadership and succession hire-not an individual contributor role.Candidates should demonstrate:
- Technical leadership

- Experience leading projects from proposal through completion
