Job SummaryThe Account Supervisor, Social is the engine of the account - the person who keeps integrated and social workstreams moving with precision, speed, and creative conviction. You operate with growing independence, owning the day-to-day across both integrated campaigns and social-first programs, while building meaningful relationships with clients and elevating the junior team around you.
You bring a native understanding of social platforms alongside the integrated agency instincts to connect social into the broader brand picture
Job Responsibilities - Account Leadership & Client Management

- Act as proxy for the Social Account Director with senior clients when needed, representing the agency with confidence and clarity
- Push clients for clarity and help them understand what they need beyond what they ask for - anticipate the ask before it arrives
- Intuit potential complications early, manage up proactively, and always bring solutions alongside problems
- Understand the bigger picture on the account - the client's business, category dynamics, and competitive landscape - and factor these into every recommendation
- Integrated & Social Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery across both integrated campaign workstreams and always-on social programs, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Manage agency partners and drive integrated process (IMC), ensuring strategic and creative intent is maintained across all channels

- Bring genuine fluency in social platforms - TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X - and apply that knowledge to shape what gets made and how it gets made
- Connect social thinking into broader campaign strategy, identifying where social can extend, amplify, or lead integrated ideas
- Maintain working knowledge of paid social tactics and how they interact with organic programming
- Creative Stewardship
- Provide clear, considered creative direction and feedback - defending the work when it deserves defending, and redirecting when it doesn't
- Contribute a strong point of view to creative and strategic discussions; be an advocate for the idea, not just the process
- Help guide internal teams and clients based on Droga5's creative priorities and standards
- Partner with strategy to bring category insight, cultural context, and audience understanding to briefs and creative development

- Lead internal and client-facing meetings and presentations with confidence
- Maintain rigorous documentation: contact reports, status trackers, briefs, and scope records that keep the whole team aligned
