Responsibilities- Utilize sewer cameras to uncover plumbing and sewer issues in customer homes
- Diagnose sewer and drain issues and prepare accurate repair estimates
- Create and implement a drain technician training plan to support the sewer sales process
- Execute the sewer sales process and present clear, customized repair solutions to customers
- Thoroughly prepare statements of work and supporting documents to hand off projects seamlessly to the installation team
- Communicate with customers throughout the entire project, ensuring 100% satisfaction at completion
- Participate in training events and share lessons learned/best practices with the sewer sales team
- Assist customers with financing options for their projects

What YOU Will Bring- 2+ years of home services sales experience (required)
- Residential plumbing experience a plus
- ServiceTitan experience a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn and mentor others
On average, year-one total earnings range between
$115,000-$125,000, with top performers earning
$150,000+.
