.NET Tech Lead is responsible for leading the development of applications using .NET technologies, providing technical guidance to the development team, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions. The role collaborates with business analysts, architects, and developers to deliver reliable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop applications using .NET technologies.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team members.
Review code to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and propose solutions.
Support troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution.
Ensure best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in software development with .NET / C#.
Experience with ASP.NET, Web APIs, and database technologies (SQL Server).
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
