Job Description

The candidate must be able to work in a team of both technical and non-technical people, as well as be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must be capable of analyzing requirements, documenting processes, designing, coding, testing, and deploying application enhancements. The candidate must have the skills and experience listed below.
• At least 6 years Web development experience
• Strong Web UI skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery
• ASP.NET with at least 2 years experience in VB.NET
• Database experience including database design, optimization, complex queries, and stored procedures
• Microsoft SQL Server client tools
• Secure coding best practices
• Object Oriented Programming Concepts (OOPS)
• Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and 2012+
• Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2013+
• Microsoft Office, including Visio
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to document business rules and flow by examining existing code.

Keys to this Position
1. We are seeking a systems analyst with 6 plus years of experience. Must have a strong financial services background.
2. Analytical rigor: We are seeking an analyst with strong analytical capability. Able to work with large volumes of data, able to problem solve. Able to write clear, concise and complete functional specifications.
3. Benchmark domain knowledge. The role will be focussed on Benchmarks, and baseline of domain knowledge is required, as well as comfort in working with benchmark data to drive quality. Experience with Rimes would be a big +.
4. Communication skills. This is an internal client facing role and strong communication and relationship skills are needed.
5. Technical skills - Must be strong with SQL - ability to write queries
6. Organization. The role is in a fast moving environment and an ability to be organized and proactively follow-up is a must to operate effectively.
