Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in utilities functional consulting.
• Proficient in gathering requirements from business SMEs in Metering, Billing, and Field Operations.
• Skilled in business process mapping, gap analysis, and creating solution blueprints.
• Experienced in drafting BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Data Mapping.
• Capable of leading UAT planning, validating test cases, and obtaining business sign-offs.
• Provides subject matter expert guidance during integration, testing, and deployment phases.
• Familiar with AMI event lifecycle and MDMS functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the requirements gathering and validation process with business SMEs.
• Map current and future business processes, identifying gaps and solutions.
• Draft and manage business requirement documents to guide project execution.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
• Conduct validation of test cases and facilitate business approval processes.
• Guide SME involvement throughout the integration and deployment phases.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor meter data and support project needs.
