CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for an ERP Business Systems Analyst 3 focused on System Enhancement Training, supporting a mission critical financial management platform.
As an ERP Business Systems Analyst 3 specializing in System Enhancement Training, you will design and deliver training that prepares end users for new financial system features, updated processes, and configuration changes. You will partner closely with testing, documentation, and functional teams to ensure training content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with system enhancements. Your work ensures smooth adoption, reduced errors, and high user readiness across the enterprise.
This position is located in Springfield, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Develop, maintain, and update training materials (e.g., user guides, quick reference documents, video modules, and step by step walkthroughs) aligned to system enhancement releases.
. Deliver live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and user demonstrations covering system updates, new workflows, and changed functionality.
. Collaborate with ERP testing teams to understand enhancement impacts, functional changes, and key user touchpoints.
. Translate release notes, test outcomes, and configuration modifications into practical, end user training content.
. Perform training effectiveness assessments and gather user feedback to refine materials and delivery methods.
. Support UAT readiness by teaching users the updated workflows they will validate during acceptance testing.
. Partner with SOP, documentation, and help desk teams to ensure training content fully aligns with updated SOPs and Tier 1/Tier 2 guidance.
. Maintain version controlled training libraries to ensure consistency, audit readiness, and accurate historical tracking of system changes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
. Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with polygraph required.
. 3-5+ years of ERP/financial system functional support, business analysis, or training delivery experience.
. Strong experience creating training content (process guides, walkthroughs, instructional materials, visual aids).
. Ability to communicate complex financial system changes clearly in both written and verbal formats.
. Familiarity with ERP release cycles, system enhancement workflows, and UAT/testing processes.
. Experience conducting user demonstrations, leading workshops, or delivering structured training.
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
. Active TS/SCI with polygraph
. Experience using content management or training delivery platforms.
. Understanding of ERP modules such as Momentum, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
. Knowledge of change management practices and user adoption strategies.
. Ability to manage multiple training deliverables concurrently with strong organization and prioritization skills.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $153,300.00.
