Job Description

ECS is seeking a DoDIN Services Architect - Journeyman to support enterprise network architecture and service delivery for the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS Task 4 contract.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.

Task 4 - Enterprise Operations Support - provides 24/7/365 network monitoring, control, and management from the RCC-ARNG Network Operations Center (NOC) over classified and unclassified networks, delivering DoDIN services including data, voice, and video across the ARNG's distributed enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Design and sustain DoDIN-connected services by implementing approved architectural standards.

  • Conduct technical analysis of service performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Document configuration changes in accordance with change management processes.
  • Coordinate with senior architects to ensure stability and security of DoDIN services.
  • Support the documentation of service architecture and compliance requirements.
  • Analyze performance metrics to maintain reliable service operations.
  • Collaborate with operations personnel to ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards.


Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Secret Eligible required
  • S. Citizenship required
  • DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 651-Enterprise Architect-Enterprise Architect at the Intermediate proficiency level
  • Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCSP, Cloud+, CSSLP, FITSP-D, GDSA, GSEC
  • Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
  • Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in enterprise network architecture within DoD or Federal IT environments.
  • Proven ability to support the design and sustainment of infrastructure services.
  • Experience in documenting configuration changes and supporting change management processes.
  • Ability to coordinate with senior architects and operations teams to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
