  • Partner with Lennar's IAM and security teams on identity federation, authentication, and audit requirements affecting DocuSign
  • Define and maintain access policies and role structures that scale as the platform's user base grows

Enterprise Roadmap & Platform Strategy
  • Own and drive DocuSign's enterprise roadmap in partnership with the DocuSign account team and Lennar engineering leadership
  • Evaluate new DocuSign capabilities and releases for fit against Legal, Procurement, and business needs, and plan their adoption
  • Review DocuSign's monthly release notes and translate roadmap and configuration impacts into Lennar's planning
  • Represent Lennar in weekly vendor check-ins with DocuSign, managing the relationship, escalations, and upcoming releases

Template, Reporting & Escalation Ownership

  • Own investigation and resolution of pre-execution signer e-mail delivery failures and other complex incidents
  • Open, own, and manage vendor support tickets with DocuSign through resolution
  • Serve as secondary escalation point for the Legal Technical Analyst I on complex account, envelope, or signing group issues
  • Support legal hold envelope collection requests for specified states, divisions, or communities
