Full Job Description
The Document Control Support is responsible for managing and maintaining documents within the engineering team to ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity.

General Responsibilities
• Maintains and complies with policies, regulations and procedures for document control, engineering changes and company records.
• Leads with the preparation and archiving of all engineering records that must be kept for proper preservation outside and inside the plant.
• Manages the document control database, and engineering records.
• Ensures that documents comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Develops and implements document control procedures and best practices.
• Maintains records of document distribution, usage, and revisions.
• Generates reports on document control activities, such as the status of documents and compliance with control processes.
• Identifies opportunities to improve document management systems and processes.

• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Maintain controlled engineering, manufacturing, quality, and customer documentation in accordance with AS9100 and internal configuration management procedures.

  • Create, maintain, and update product structures, Engineering Bills of Material (BOMs), and related product data within ERP and PLM systems.

  • Route changes through required approval workflows and track completion status.

  • Support audits by providing documentation records and evidence of document control compliance.

  • Assist in developing and improving document control processes, workflows, and system utilization.

Hourly Base Pay Range:

$34.60 - $47.58
